Building Community through Baked Goods
Baked by Boots was born out of a love for creating quality baked goods and sharing with friends and family. Ali has been baking for her whole life; what started as core memories in her grandmother Ruth's kitchen has grown into a love for perfecting every batch and loaf in her own kitchen and sharing with others. When Ali and her husband, Kevin, tossed around ideas for naming the microbakery, they knew that it had to center on their beloved dog, Georgia, whose nickname is "Boots" (check out her paws to see why!). While Boots doesn't do any of the baking or clean-up (and is usually snoozing in the sun somewhere while all of the baking is happening), she should get all of the credit, because she deserves it.
